FRANCE NY, Inc is pleased to announce the launch of the NEW CITY ART FAIR, the first art fair dedicated solely to contemporary Japanese art in New York. The New City Art Fair will benefit the Japanese art world, which has been deeply affected by the traumas of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated the coastline in early 2011. Additionally, it will expose new Japanese art to a Western audience.
